Collect all rents and other sources of income
Use all media outlets and advertising in the renting of vacant units
Execute leases as agents in the renting of units
Provide all turnover services such as painting, cleaning, remodeling and general maintenance
Perform routine property inspections and develop preventative maintenance schedules
Inspect units after tenants vacate and assess charges for damages if necessary
Pay all bills and invoices incurred in the normal management and operation of the property
Render monthly statements of receipts and disbursements along with any cash balances to owners
Supervise, administer and hire all employees and contractors as needed
Maintain communication with owners as needed
